Pat was my instructor and friend, and he inspired many of us to become the best we could be.
I remember when I first started Tae Kwon Do at the age of 15. I used to wait after class and Pat would take time to spar with me. A black belt against this young white belt, really no competition, but Pat would always make that extra time to mentor and guide, which I'll never forget.
This is just one of my fondest moments training under Mr Pat Mallon which I'm sure all of us who knew him have similar experiences.
It was a pleasure knowing Pat and I can say without Pat's friendship and guidance I wouldn't be the person I am today.
Thanks Pat and I believe we'll meet again some day.

Just a quick note to thank you for the time and effort you put in to organising our latest AIMAA Scotland event. Once again it has proven an unparalleled competition in the UK, with a massive number of students attending from AIMAA Europe.
We look forward to a busy year under your instruction, and the challenge of each competition along the way. Not to mention, of course, the visit of Grandmaster Hee Il Cho in September.

Master Kirkwood, Mr Lawson and Myself were very impressed with what seems to be a constantly upward level of standard on show.
Everyone that tested over the last two days were a credit to their instructors. We have a vast array of coaching talent within AIMAA Scotland. I would like to draw special attention to Mr Kirkwood Jnr and Mrs Belgacem as both are building up tremendous schools with a great level of student. Well Done.
